Intec have a range of unique lacquer formulations, ‘Toneseal’ and ‘Tonelac’ both optimised for thin film build, and acoustic transparency allowing timber to resonate naturally while providing a refined silky smooth protective finish.
TONESEAL
Toneseal is a (NC) sealer formulated specifically for acoustic instruments. Toneseal provides excellent sealing of veneers and wooden components used in the manufacture of acoustic instruments. Designed to reduce overall film build and number of topcoats required to achieve a full finish, thus minimising lowering of natural timber resonance.
